If we make an advance payment, we reserve the right, in order to protect our legitimate interests, to obtain an automated credit report based on mathematical and statistical methods from the following company(ies). We receive information from the service provider listed below regarding the statistical probability of a payment default. The credit report may contain probability values (score values) calculated using scientifically recognized mathematical and statistical methods. These methods use a variety of characteristics, such as income, address data, occupation, marital status, and past payment history, to assess the customer’s future risk of default. The result is expressed as a payment value (so-called score). The information obtained in this manner forms the basis for our decision regarding the establishment, performance, or termination of a contractual relationship. However, the ability to select one of the offered payment methods is not contingent upon such information.
