The mechanical processing of components is a central part of manufacturing ready-to-install components. The MWS Group has extensive experience and the necessary infrastructure in this area and is characterized by short implementation times and high competence in the design of fixtures, tools, and machining processes.

Perfection in every detail
For machining on CNC machines, we have 26 machining centers. Components from MWS production are machined there, as well as aluminum cast parts from all casting processes as contract manufacturing.
State-of-the-art machinery
The machinery is characterized by flexible horizontal 4-axis machines, 5-axis machines, and twin-spindle machining centers. Innovative tool concepts ensure short cycle times as well as a high degree of automation through the use of handling robots.
Cleanliness
Components with critical residual contamination are cleaned on special washing machines and can be tested in the residual contamination laboratory according to the required specification. Packaging is selected to ensure that no new contamination occurs.
